International Yoga Day

June 21

*International Yoga Day* is celebrated every year on June 21 to spread awareness about the health benefits of Yoga. On this day, yoga enthusiasts all over the world participate in various yoga events.
To celebrate International Yoga Day and to make our students aware of the physical, mental and spiritual powers that Yoga offers to us in our lives, MTIS organised an online Yoga session. Various asanas were practised by the students under the guidance of our coach. It was indeed a refreshing morning session for all the participants.
